Corinne Olympios responds to results of investigation into misconduct by show

We are in the midst of season 13 of The Bachelorette, but the real Bachelor Nation news is coming from season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise which has yet to air, but is presently filming in Sayulita, Mexico. The show abruptly halted filming on June 11th amid allegations of ‘misconduct’ by the show by cast member Corinne Olympios, 24 as well as two show producers, Shelby Adams and Jennifer Marie Brown.

“We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico,” Warner Bros. said in a statement at the time. “We have suspended production and we are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action.”

Well now the investigation is complete and uncovered no misconduct. Corinne and DeMario had both lawyered up as a result of the claims. And I have a feeling Corinne may regret that decision given how tough this case would be to prove in court.

Corinne’s attorney, Marty Singer issued this statement on behalf of Corinne.

“It needs to be made crystal clear that production of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ was shut down because of multiple complaints received from ‘BIP’ producers and crew members on the set. It was not shut down due to any complaint filed by Corinne against anyone,” Singer said Tuesday.

He goes on to say, “It comes as no surprise that Warner Bros., as a result of its own internal investigation, would state that no wrong doing had occurred. Our own investigation will continue based on multiple new witnesses coming forward revealing what they saw and heard.”

DeMario has yet to reply to the results of the investigation.

Short of rape it’s hard to imagine anything reaching the level of ‘misconduct’ on the show.  I doubt the case will be successful given the extensive contracts contestants sign in order to be on the show ceding their privacy rights.

Fans will never see the video at the center of this controversy because Warner Bros. says, “Out of respect for the privacy interests of those involved, we do not intend to release the videotape of the incident.” But it sounds like Corinne and her platinum vagine engaged in oral sex with DeMario after several cocktails. Corinne claims she feels like a ‘victim’ and has little recollection of what occurred.

Interestingly, Corinne engaged in intimate contact with numerous men in Paradise despite having boyfriend Jordan Gielchinsky at home!–a move that will likely haunt her in any legal battle.

Season 4 of “Bachelor in Paradise” is set to air on ABC later this summer.
