Tonight the Southern Charm cast heads to the infamous Jekyll Island for a weekend of ‘fun’. We learned tonight that cast member Landon Clements grew up on the affluent Island. So she brought the crew to her family’s estate.
However it seemed the weekend was cursed from the get-go. To start 23-year-old Katheryn Dennis showed up without her baby daddy Thomas Ravenel, 52–remember this is the famous weekend that T-Rav claims ruined his run for Senate because he was facing assault charges for allegedly striking her 32-year-old friend Moncks Corner stylist, Lauren Moser.
T-Rav claimed in a Facebook post:
“When the allegations surfaced that I had assaulted Kathryn Dennis’ hairdresser, I pleaded with Kathryn to leave the Bravo shoot in Jekyll Island. …. She told me she was coming to clear my name but then she backed out at the last second and delayed telling the truth by 1 an 1/2 days. $900k of my campaign money down the drain.”
On the Bravo Blog Cameron Eubanks responds to the question:
“CE: No, I was not surprised.”
Bravo then asks:
“Do you think Kathryn and Craig hooked up on the beach?”
“CE: No, I do not think they hooked up. I do however think they had no business driving a golf cart at 3am. It’s a miracle nobody was hurt.”
She also goes on to claim that everyone was “fed up” with Craig.
“CE: We were all fed up with Craig. He was headed down a dark path, and nobody could get through to him. I know Shep cares a lot about Craig deep down, but sometimes men can be amateurish at properly expressing their feelings.”
I am not sure, but this is the weekend Katheryn and Thomas officially broke up.
