Per the previews for The Bachelorette 2015 season contestant—that’s right “contestant”, Nick Viall becomes a serious situation when he shows up later in the show. Interestingly Nick doesn’t first appear on the show until Episode 4 when Kaitlyn Bristowe and the guys head to New York City, but he doesn’t officially join the cast until episode 5. And the remaining guys are not happy.
And it sounds like they had good reason to be upset since Kaitlyn and Nick had been texting, and Facetime-ing constantly before the Bachelorette began filming. But in New York Kaitlyn downplays her relationship with newcomer Nick on the rap battle group date, telling them that he approached her about coming on the show, and that they had only corresponded a “few times.”
Reality Steve said this:
“The rap battle after party was on a boat in Chelsea Piers. This was when Kaitlyn told the guys that a guy from a previous season came up to her after the rap battle and asked to be on the show. She said it was Nick and he had emailed and texted her a few times before. She didn’t know what she wanted to do yet and asked the guys. They were against it, so she said she wouldn’t bring him on that night but he might come on later.”
Wow, what was the point of asking the guys if their answer didn’t matter?
Reality Steve also claims that she met up with Nick in secret in NYC–that when the other guys thought she was doing an ITM she was actually making out with Nick.
Kaitlyn has been busy defending herself on the previews which show her confessing to having pre-Fantasy Suite sex with one suitor. But the story may be much bigger than that.
