Shep Rose arrested in California for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication

Hilton Head Raconteur and gourmet hot dog tycoon Shep Rose, 34 was arrested in May in California — in Redwood City of all places!

On Friday May 22nd he went to San Francisco “for a weekend trip” and the rest is history….and his permanent record.

“Taking off now for a weekend trip to San Francisco. Been a while since I’ve visited the Bay Area. Stoked”, Shep posted to Twitter.

But 2 days later lovable Shep was arrested for “Disorderly Conduct” and “Public Intoxication” at the Woodside Plaza Shopping Center!

How did a trip to San Francisco go so wrong in a suburban shopping mall?

William Shepard Rose III was detained by Redwood City Police officers Sunday May 24th at 9:26 p.m. in the 200 block of Woodside Road and taken to the Maguire Correctional Facility and released after he was deemed sober.

Rose was detained under California’s Drunk in Public Laws Penal Code 647(f) PC.

I find the arrest amusing for a couple of reasons: 1: He is finally catching up to his other Southern Charm cast members. 2: He was so Judgey Judgerton with Craig Conover and his partying. I mean talk about “pot calling the kettle”!!!

Better settle down Shep!

Looks like he extended his stay by a few days because on May 28th he was in Napa.

“At Halls winery in Napa. The founders are Kathryn and Craig. Not kidding. Getting a little surreal here.”

Hopefully we will get more details on this situation when season 3 airs in April.
