So it looks like 27-year-old professional swimmer Robby Hayes will be getting a coveted Hometown date with Bachelorette Jojo Fletcher and it should be interesting because Robby comes from a very wealthy and tight-knit family in Jacksonville, Florida (however it appears that his Hometown will take place in the historic town of St. Augustine–his parents own a lot of real estate).
He was the first born of 5 children — born Robert Hunter Hayes January 5th, 1989 to father Robert Hayes Senior and mother Holly Hayes.
Robert Senior is Vice President of Gilbane Building Company–one of the oldest construction companies in the country.
The company had estimated revenues of $2.83 billion in 2006 by the way. So no surprise Robby is very rich.

The company recently received a contract to build a new high school in Kissimmee, Florida.
His mother Holly Hayes is a realtor in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida like Robby’s ex girlfriend 24-year-old Hope Higginbotham…in fact I wonder if that’s how the two met?
Anyhow, Robby is the oldest of 5 siblings. He has 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Katie, 26 and Grace, 20 and brothers John Michael, 24 and Patrick, 23.
And ALL of them are competitive swimmers!
Robby’s family moved to Atlanta when he was 14 so Robby and his sister Katie went to high school in Georgia before his family moved back to Jacksonville. In fact his parents were so dedicated to swimming competitively that his family would return to Jacksonville every summer while they were living in Atlanta just so their kids could compete.

His brother Patrick Hayes was also a swimmer at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. He just graduated from Florida State University in 2016. And no surprise works as an Accounting Intern at Gilbane Building Company.
Grace is still in school and I’m not sure where Katie is.

In regards to the question of religion?
The family is very Catholic. Robby attended Marist High School in Alpharetta, Georgia. The school is a very expensive private Roman Catholic college preparatory school founded in 1901, and operated by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta.
The other kids graduated from Bishop Kenny Catholic high school in Jacksonville.
Given that Jojo comes from a very wealthy and successful family I’m sure she and they will want to make sure that her suitors can measure up.
