Ariana Madix’ baby brother Jeremy Madix has joined the show on season 5 of Vanderpump Rules, albeit in a very minor way. Jeremy came to California to pursue an acting–I mean photography career in Hollywood.
No doubt Jeremy is hoping that his big sister can help him get a foot in the door and it appears to have worked because Jeremy now has a job as a server at SUR.
BUT, Jeremy also has a pretty serious and extensive arrest record for domestic violence!
Yes, RadarOnline just procured the arrest record for Jeremy C. Madix.
The 24-year-old reality star was arrested multiple times for violating a restraining order placed against him by his ex girlfriend in Florida.
The ex filed for a restraining order in 2011, after 11 months of dating, claiming that he’d been abusive for the last three and a half months.
“[He] threw a beer can at me, hitting me in the chest,” she wrote in her police report. “Then he forced me in the car. As we were driving, he was ripping off my top and slamming me into the passenger’s side door.”
“When we arrived home, I tried to get out of the car and he jumped into the passenger’s seat from the driver’s set and tackled me onto the driveway,” she continued. “I was screaming for him to get off of me but he continued to wrestle me and push my face in the ground.”
Interestingly the ex girlfriend is 19 years older than Jeremy!! Thus she would be 43-years-old.
At their shared home in Melbourne, Florida Jeremy “started waving his guns around, threatening to shoot me and my adult children.”
“My son was able to restrain him and force him out of those without his guns,” she explained. “I’m not sure how he ended up leaving that night or what happened after he was removed from the house.”
The ex maintains that she suffered excessive bruising from the incident, but stayed in their shared home because of a lack of money.
Apparently Jeremy violated the TRO by texting her and then going “to a place that he knew she would be and threatened to hurt a male acquaintance she had with her” with 10 days later.
The ex did drop the the case against Jeremy a few days later and the two continued dating until 2012.
The couple continued to live together, but their relationship quickly soured again in 2012 when Jeremy was arrested for battery and domestic violence.
A police report states,
“[Redacted] advised she was in a verbal altercation with Mr. Madix at their residence,” ….“She advised during the argument, she asked Mr. Madix to leave the residence. She stated Mr. Madix took her dog and walked out of the residence. [Redacted] advised she walked after Mr. Madix to retrieve her dog, at which time Mr. Madix did actually and intentionally grab her with one arm against her will while he had his other arm around her dog.”
Jeremy was arrested and later released on $500 bond.
Yikes! Looks like Jeremy could potentially give Jax Taylor a run for his arrest-record money. Stay tuned. I suspect we will see a lot more of Jeremy on season 6!
