Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum married! They exchanged vows on Saturday Dec. 1 at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena, California by none other than professional love adviser, situation handler extraordinaire and ordained minister Chris B Harrison! The two invited 300 guests (undoubtedly a few ABC picks like Emily Maynard, Ali Fedotowsky, and Jason and Molly Mesnick. I mean, seriously. Would Ashley have invited these people on her own?).
But, Yes!!! We now have TWO successful couples for ABC!!! Ok, 2.5. We will give ABC half credit for Jason and Molly. Luckily, the nuptials will be shown on ABC on Sunday, December 16 so we can all attend.
Ashley walked down the aisle in a strapless white gown with a very long train. Guests say she was absolutely stunning. Pictures please!
Ashley and JP have remained out of the spotlight since the show finished taping, managing to steer clear of any major situations. It sounds like the “big” situation was addressing their two separate religions (funny since the show never addresses religion at all and we know so little about JP and Ashley’s religious beliefs). JP honored his Jewish heritage by standing under a chuppah and the two moms performed a Celtic knot ceremony in which they tied knots binding their children’s wrists before saying a prayer.
Speaking of “situations”, remember Ashley’s sister Chrystie? — the hot, tattooed, troubled sister that hated JP and had Ashley in tears prior to The Bachelorette finale? She was Ashley’s made of honor. So it will be fun to see her on the wedding special.
Of course, there was also a Neil Lane wedding ring!! JP gave Ashley a 3.5-carat cushion cut Neil Lane diamond when he proposed in Fiji last May. Ashley is one of the ONLY Bachelor contestants that did not have to return her Neil Lane engagement ring this Fall. (Remember the long line at Neil Lane? Courtney, Emily, Blakeley?)
Well, we are dying to see the celebration!!!!
BTW the last time Chris Harrison officiated a wedding was for producer Cassie Lambert and Peter Scalettar.
Airs on Sunday, December 16!
Congrats to you both …. I do hope we get to see the wedding! Here is wishing you a very long happy life with maybe lots of children.
NOT YET Joanne!!! It will be on soon. I gotta double check the time. 🙂
How did I miss this? Was it televised?
