Ok, tonight was one of the most epic situations in Bachelor history! We saw the, 26-year-old federal prosecutor from Atlanta, Georgia Andi Dorfman, blast Juan Pablo Galavis for how he acted in the Fantasy Suite. I think my favorite part was the stark contrast between the way Juan Pablo saw the fantasy suite situation and the way Andi saw it.
Juan Pablo was gushing about how amazing their time in the Fantasy Suite was and the chemistry the two had, cut to Andi:
“Waking up this morning I could not wait to get out of the fantasy suite. The fantasy suite turned into a nightmare,” ……. “I saw a side to him that I didn’t really like. The whole night was a disaster.”
Juan Pablo is easy to please. He is ‘simple’ shall we say. Andi Dorfman obviously has a bit of depth and wanted a little conversation with her would-be-life partner–wanted JP to do things like ask her about herself—I know crazy, right?
Juan Pablo clearly failed at this tall order. She tells him he never asked her about her social or political views–never even asked her about her religion! You would think one would want this detail before the final decision! BTW she is Catholic. We always love this detail because ABC never covers the religion situation.
In fact I can see the convo. I can see him telling her all about how hot Clare looked in her bikini and how hot their sexy time in the FS was.
BTW Juan Pablo DID tell Andi he had sex with Clare in the Fantasy Suite!
And then I can see JP rambling on dropping names (he is an enneagram 3 and they love to name drop). I can see him rambling on about inane topics–especially after he told Sharleen he loved how she used words in sentences! He’s a little one-dimensional–a little ‘bridge and tunnel’ shall we say.
And I can see Andi sitting there rolling her eyes–dying to get the hell out of there. BTW I can not believe contestants don’t have a special room where they can escape if their FS time goes south…a Fantasy Suite Safe Haven.
So the two go their separate ways and Nikki Ferrell gets her Fantasy Suite time, but Andi is not happy and she is not comfortable expressing this outrage on her video message to JP. Andi wants a face-to-face–the nerve.
Andi tells him how much he offended her. She also perseverated over the fact that he told her she was only there by ‘default’!!!! Oh NO! ABC!!!
Then Juan Pablo pulled out the “English as a second language” card and claimed he did not even know the word ‘default’ so he could not have used it! — then he told her that he actually said “you barely made it.”
Poor Juan Pablo. He really should have been sent to charm school before taking this role and producers! I don’t even know what to say…this is bad. You need to hire me to help you with the casting.
Andi tells Juan Pablo that,
“there’s a difference between being honest and being an a$shole.”
Yeah there is.
Andi, by contrast handled herself beautifully. She expressed her disappointment and she explained to Juan why his behavior was so unacceptable. She let him know she was well aware that 2 other girls had a Fantasy Suite date BUT that she did not need him to tell her that.
In her ITM in the cab she claimed:
“He doesn’t see it, it’s not a language barrier,”
No he definitely does NOT get it.
