Clare Crawley the 32-year-old hairstylist, from Sacramento, California surprised us last night on her Hometown date when she introduced us to her very ethnic Spanish-speaking family.
The mom had a thick accent. The sister Lara certainly looked Hispanic. So what exactly is Clare’s heritage?
Well she told us in the beginning of the show that she is ‘part Mexican’.
And later Clare stated that her mother was Mexican.
Clare also speaks Spanish. Another clue emerged after Clare showed a photo of Juan Pablo to her mom before leaving for the Bachelor taping and her mom says it would be nice to have some men like him in the family because of her own heritage.
Clare’s Spanish will certainly give her an edge competing for the Venezuelan heartthrob, although Juan Pablo doesn’t appear to need a lot of conversation.
Clare’s father recently died of brain cancer.
