Bachelor Canada: Lisa Racz weighs in on Natalie Elliott’s return & Dominique’s departure

Episode 4 of Bachelor Canada season 2 was incredibly awkward!—particularly the 1 on 1 with Natalie Elliott and the kissing orgy with Dominique. So this week on episode 5 Natalie and Dominique exit the show.

First some background:

On ep 4 the first 1 on 1 went to Natalie Elliott who claimed….”considering we have only known each other a short time Tim and I have a deep connection”. I am trying to think of how to articulate the awkwardness of Natalie’s social interaction. She just feels naively pragmatic, matter-of-fact and optimistic and a bit clueless. There is no subtext in the world of Natalie. No one ever lies or even colors the truth. There are no existential dilemmas. Everything is just swell in the world of Natalie.

So Tim tries to explain to her that their having a tough time connecting, but Natalie is confounded. She starts to cry and tells Tim she is leaving.

But not to worry because on episode 5 Natalie returns!!!—2 weeks later I might add.

And frenemy, 25-year-old Hairstylist Lisa Racz, needless-to-say is not happy. This is what she said about Natalie Elliott’s return and subsequent booting in her blog:

“Toronto… It’s no Cabo or Bahamas, but I was really looking forward to seeing Tim in his world. People tend to be a better version of themselves on vacation so it’ll be nice to see how he is at home. As excited as I was to be here, it turned out to be a very interesting week.

Surprise! Natalie comes back… WTF! I instantly start slamming drinks and still have nothing to say other than she makes my skin crawl. I’ve said some pretty awful things about that girl that I’m not totally proud of so seeing her again definitely makes me uncomfortable.

Next, Dom decides to send herself home, which was hard to see, but it made sense as she didn’t get a ton of time or seem to have a connection with Tim. I wonder if she regrets that decision?

As the night goes on I proceed to drink very, very heavily… to the point of utter and complete black out. Resulting in me telling Tim how I feel about Natalie, falling asleep and refusing to wake up, laughing hysterically and annoying everyone. Lucky for me I still manage to get a rose and Natalie goes home, and we are off to Tuscany! Woohoooooo!”

Trisha also weighed in on the Natalie sitch:

“This week was a real bomb dropper. Natalie came back which blew everyone’s hair back, especially Lisa’s. She drank copious amounts of liquor and fell asleep under the coffee table.”
