Peyton and Chris Lambton are probably one of the cutest couples to emerge from the Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise and also the least known. Perhaps that is the secret to their successful relationship. Ha! The media has left them alone for the 5 years that they’ve been together.
So now the adorable couple is expecting their first child together…which is great news for the franchise on the heels of the news that Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul have called it quits—they need a success story.
E! News recently confirmed that Chris and Peyton Lambton are expecting their first child together in November.
“Our families are over the moon that we are finally joining the parent club,” Peyton told E.
“I’m an only child so this will be the first grandchild for my parents, and they are thrilled. We have thrown around some names but nothing is set in stone yet. It all depends on the gender, and I think we will want to see the baby before a final decision is made. Right now we are just trying to pick a color for the nursery!”
Recall Chris was the hot Cape Cod landscaper / runner-up from Ali Fedotowsky‘s season of The Bachelorette.
And Peyton starred on Andy Baldwin‘s season of The Bachelor in 2007.
The two met through mutual friends on the show. They were engaged in 2011 and married in 2012 at Wild Dunes Resort in Charleston, S.C.
