Wow! Bachelor Canada Tim Warmels blindsided 28-year-old Trisha Vergo and all of us BTW by proposing to 27-year-old April Brockman tonight on the finale of Bachelor Canada, especially because Trisha had such an epic Hometown!
She nailed the ‘Meet the Parents’ category. She seriously scored on her Hometown and she scored the most epic date in Tuscany. WT-heck happened?
I really thought Tim was falling for her but he saw her as a ‘friend’!
So she JUST did an interview for Bachelor Canada’s website about what it was like seeing Tim again tonight for the first time since their epic break-up and just like with everything Trisha does she handled it with total class and the utmost professionalism.
She claimed that watching the highlight reel of her relationship with Tim was painful and brought back a lot of feelings that she thought she was over—as one could imagine.
“Everything that happened between us was very real and the connection was definitely there and seeing him kinda felt like closure which is nice because up to this point I’ve kind of been wondering what might have happened or what went wrong.”
“But seeing him and April on the show I realized that it wasn’t something lacking between us that maybe he just had something deeper with her— and that’s Ok.”
Nicely done Trisha. Seriously I think you may be the real winner here because you may very well be the first Bachelorette for Canada!!! We look forward to seeing you again on a journey to find love!!
