Bethenny Frankel has returned to The Real Housewives of New York City for season 7 and she is a lot wealthier than she was in previous years. Remember how Bettheny was always the struggling Chef and never had as much wealth as her co-stars. Well that has all changed.
Bethenny Frankel earned the vast majority of her net worth as the founder and CEO of Skinnygirl Cocktails.
Skinnygirl ready-to-drink cocktail business was sold for $8.1 million according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission quarterly report form the Fortune Brands, Inc.
But Betthenny stands to make a lot more that that –according to Jim Beam Global’s SEC filings the deal will earn her a minimum of $39 million and may earn her as much as $64 million.
Additionally Jim Beam offered her $25 million in incentives for Frankel based on the future performance of the brand.
Despite her great fortune Bethenny is homeless at the beginning of season 7 staying in the PentHouse of an NYC hotel while she tries to find a new apartment.
She recently divorced her husband and father of her daughter Bryn, Jason Hoppy.
