Peyton started off in a minor role on Vanderpump Rules working with Lisa Vanderpump’s dog rescue, Vanderpump Dogs.
She then starred on “RelationShep” where she made it to the finals but did not get Shep’s final rose. None-the-less, it must be awkward for Shep to be face to face with a girl that he had a connection with but ultimately dumped.
I’m also not quite getting why she moved from LA to Charleston other than to play a minor role on Southern Charm. She is originally from Norfolk, Virginia and still lists Los Angeles as her home on her Facebook page.
