Tonight on episode 4 of season 2 of Bachelor Canada contestant Natalie Elliott the sexy 27-year-old French teacher from Cambridge, Ontario left Tim Warmels and the show tonight after a VERY awkward one-on-one in the Bahamas. She discussed the situation in her blog:
“My time in the Bahamas was short, yet eventful. I was given a date card for a one-on-one with Tim and we enjoyed a nice afternoon together, strolling along the streets of Paradise Island. It makes sense now as to why there was no rose at the end of the date; I could not be happier with my decision to go home.
This whole experience has made me realize what I’m truly looking for in a partner. I want to laugh every day and be with someone who has a zest for life. I want someone who has the courage to take my hand and run with me; someone who is not afraid to fall in love and to be vulnerable. And, most of all, I want to be with someone who is happy. I want to see my smile reflected upon their face every single day and to goof around, laughing until our cheeks hurt and we are bent over wheezing for air. Laughing will keep you young at heart forever and I’m thankful that I’ve realized these feelings early on in this journey.”
Ouch! Natalie, despite being gorgeous and smart was simply not a match for Bachelor Tim Warmels. I was a bit concerned that Natalie was simply too sweet, too happy, too…..too. Tim wants someone with a bit more mystery and a bit more drama, a back-story, not someone who thinks a date is going great when the two have NOTHING to talk about, but the color of houses. But who knows. Looks like Natalie will return on a later episode in her camaro!!! Perhaps she’ll pull an Olivia Newton John in Grease??
