On Monday February 9th Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Marie finally marries fiancé Michael Shay. The actual wedding took place on Sunday, July 27th at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana, California.
All season Scheana has been planning her wedding and we know she was trying to do the wedding on a shoe-string budget. Apparently that “shoe-string” budget was $30,000, which would still have been a nice wedding! But on Bravo’s 15 minute clip of Monday’s episode boss Lisa Vanderpump inquires about the budget and Scheana reveals that her budget actually tripled and now the wedding was going to cost $90,000 !
But it’s Ok because she claims that she just settled a big lawsuit. So the lawsuit must have been able to easily cover the additional $60,000 cost!
Evidently the couple did not sign a pre-nup.
As far as who will be at the wedding? Lisa Vanderpump and daughter Pandora Vanderpump-Sabo who is in the wedding party along with was fellow castmate Ariana Madix.
Co-stars Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute, and Katie Maloney will be there along with cameos by some other reality stars including Real Housewives of Orange County’s Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley, Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi and Leila Gharache of Shahs of Sunset, Big Brother couple Rachel and Brenden Villegas and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Joyce Giraud.
Who will not be there? Stassi Schroeder was un-invited.
Scheana is Catholic so I would expect the ceremony to reveal this.
