Monday night on The Bachelor in Paradise we had an unprecedented situation take place. A contestant on the show FINALLY fell in love with the boom mic operator! That contestant was 30-year-old Michelle Kujawa who made a connection with sound guy Ryan Putz.
The two apparently started hitting it off while they were staying in another hotel days before shooting in Tulum Mexico in the Yucatan Peninsula when the two had an adjoining room (first mistake producers!)– such a connection that it prompted Michelle to eliminate herself night one.
Poor Ryan jumped 25 feet off of a balcony and broke both of his legs so fans are wondering for the love of God, Are Ryan Putz and Michelle Kujawa still together?
In an interview with Ryan Seacrest on Tuesday, August 12, host Chris Harrison discussed the situation and whether the two were still dating.
Ryan Seacrest begins: “First of all is he Ok” and Chris responds “yes”.
“Monday night’s episode revealed what really caused Michelle to take herself out of the competition prematurely. It turns out that she had formed a romantic connection with someone from the show, which she had hinted about during her exit interview. The shocking thing is that Michelle didn’t have a connection with someone on the show but someone working for the show.”
Ryan asks “Did he keep his job?”
Chris responds: “No, we don’t have a lot of rules on the show, but you don’t sleep with the cast is one of them.”
Then Giuliana Rancic interjects and asks “Did he keep the girl?”
“That is the funny part Giuliana is that she really didn’t wanna talk much about it because she quickly fell in love with this guy. Now I don’t know if they’re still together. We’re going to have to revisit that. That would be the craziest love connection ever on this show,”
