Her husband Thomas Girardi, is a founding partner of Girardi & Keese in downtown Los Angeles.

And that’s right, her husband is 32 years older than her. They met when she was a cocktail waitress and have been married for 15 1/2 year. He is the attorney who sued Pacific Gas & Electric, and won $333 million for the 650 residents of the desert community of Hinkley, California. The case was the inspiration for the film Erin Brockovich that starred Julia Roberts.
