Sean Lowe blogs about his first kiss with Catherine Giudici

Catherine Giudici the 26-year-old visual designer/vegan food blogger from Seattle has become the “William” of this season of the Bachelor. Remember “where’s William” from the Bachelor Pad Season 3. William was actually on the show but you could never find him in any epidoses inspiring fans to create a game called “where’s William”.

To say producers cut Catherine’s air time this season would be an understatement. That said it’s sort of amazing that this week we saw that her and Sean actually had quite a connection. Catherine pulled Sean aside for a make-out session and it was clear the two have chemistry!

Here is what Sean said to People Magazine:

The cocktail party was eventful to say the least! There was more drama with Tierra and the girls, which I did not know about at the time, and a big turning point for Catherine and me. She always stood out in my mind as someone very unique and different. She tapped into my inner nerd, which I loved, but I was afraid that she was putting me in the “friend zone” because every time I tried to show her affection, it didn’t feel like she would reciprocate. And yes, that’s right everyone – I’m a nerd. Deal with it.

Anyway she gave me the card with a kiss of lipstick on it. I’d call that “aggressive friend zone.” She told me she wanted to kiss me but couldn’t while the other girls were in sight. She was so nervous that she buried her head in my chest and wouldn’t look up. After a few seconds I told her, “It’s okay to look up,” and then we had our first kiss.

What you didn’t see was her excitement after. She was giddy and suggested that we frolic – definitely the first time I received that request, so I obliged. We skipped around the driveway … and then played Dungeons and Dragons (not really).

  1. Why was this relationship cut? I know in past scenes that they would blot out whenever she spoke. How annoying that we missed the card part. hm.
