The best thing to come out of NBC’s show Ready for Love was Austin Texas couple Tim Lopez and Jenna Reeves. Despite the failure of the other two relationships on the show, this one was solid as a rock.
And today the 32-year-old Plain White T’s rocker Tim Lopez and ‘Ready for Love’ bachelor proposed to 24-year-old Independent Designer Jenna Reeves after more than a year of dating in public and an additional 9 months of being in hiding (after the show taped and before it actually aired).
Jenna took to Twitter to proclaim her love for Tim and her excitement about her engagement:
“I’ve never known love and happiness like this. I am elated to announce that Tim and I are engaged!!!”

This is Jenna’s first marriage and Tim’s second. Tim was married for 11 years to wife Whitney Hardin.
Tim wrote a song for Jenna last year.
