I can not believe that we are already at Hometowns on season 2 of Bachelor Canada! I do think Bachelor Tim Warmels and 28-year-old Beauty Queen, Trisha Vergo have real chemistry…as much chemistry as two people can generate in 5 weeks on a reality show. But I’m just not sure that we are ready for a proposal! I feel like we just met Trisha and in 2 weeks Tim has to propose?
That said her Hometown date went swimmingly Tuesday night boding well for her chances of ‘winning’ this pageant. Trisha is really a professional dater. I give her serious props for coming up with the skating date and wearing jeans and a loose hockey jersey rather than a sexy bedazzled wrap dress and pumps. It’s like someone filled her in on what guys secretly want versus what girls think they want.
So she takes Tim skating at her local Edmonton skating rink and gives him a personal jersey to wear (more points) and shows Tim that she can hold her own on the ice. And I am SURE that was a turn on for Tim— A beauty queen who isn’t afraid to break a sweat in front of hims. And for some reason she is seriously turned on by a trick Tim does which he is happy to demonstrate for her multiple time …. the skid–spray–stop move. So both parties are seriously enjoying one another’s quirkiness.
The two then head to her modest childhood home to meet her quirky family— mom, dad, grandma and grandpa, quiet brother and hot friend.
After the dinner Trisha tells Tim that she is falling for him, and interestingly he breaks his contract with CityTv and responds with “I fell for you a long time ago” aka some time in the last 5 weeks. Whoah!? Would he say this to a girl he is going to dump in two weeks? Has he “fallen” for April too?
I don’t think so. I think it’s all Trisha right now and Tim just has to keep his game face on to make it to the end. He is an Enneagram 4 after all, The Romantic, and they have a tough time not revealing their true feelings. I think Trisha is a shoe-win at this point and I am betting he won’t even wait until the rose ceremony to break-up with April but we shall see on the 2 part finale in 2 weeks!

I think its def. April. He does have great chemistry w/ Trisha and I think she is super adorable, but with April there’s just that X-factor. Its been there since the beginning. I think the producers have edited the last few episodes to make Trisha look like a real contender and I do think Tim does care a lot for her, maybe even love to an extent but nothing like what it is w/ April. Its the little nuances you see between them,its obvi AB is taking this. Even with the HTD if you pay attention right after April says she’s falling for him, there’s a quick edit so we don’t hear his response. But we’ll see! I really enjoyed this season though.
Really? I thought it was April for a while but I changed my mind. I could be wrong for sure and maybe its the editing but he and April dont seem to have much to talk about!
