One of the 25 contestants on Jojo Fletcher’s season of The Bachelorette that will likely make it to Hometowns is 27-year-old NFL player Jordan Rodgers which means we will likely get to meet his family.
A lot of Bachelorette fans have probably never heard of Jordan, but a lot of football fans know exactly who he is and who is famous family is.
And not only is he part of a football legacy, the family is one giant situation after another.
Jordan was born in Chico, California. But he spent some of his childhood in Beaverton, Oregon, where older brother Aaron Rodgers attended Vose Elementary School and Whitford Middle School.
The Rodgers family returned to Chico in 1997 when Jordan was 9 and he attended Pleasant Valley High School there where he was starting quarterback.
Jordan tells Jojo on night one that his parents met and got engaged after only a few months and have been happily married for 36 years!

Mother
His mother Darla Leigh Pittman was born Jan 26th 1958 to father Charles Herbert Pittman and mother Barbara Blair in Mendocino, California.
She married Jordan’s father Edward Wesley Rodgers Jr. Apr 5th 1980 in Mendocino, California.
Father
Edward Wesley Rodgers II was born Feb 4th, 1955 in Brazos County, Texas to mother Kathryn Christine “Kay” Odell and father Edward Wesley Rodgers.
Jordan’s father Edward Wesley Rodgers was an offensive lineman for the Chico State Wildcats from 1973 to 1976. He is now a chiropractor.
Jordan’s ancestry includes English, Irish and German.
Brothers
Jordan is the youngest of 3 brothers.
The oldest brother Luke Rodgers, 34, owns a clothing/merchandise company. He lives in San Diego, California and is dating girlfriend Lindsay Davis.
Luke is athletic, but unlike his brothers, he was not in to football. The 6’4″ brother enjoyed basketball more.
Then we have older brother, 32-year-old Aaron Rodgers: quarterback for the Green Bay Packers. Aaron has a slew of situations swirling around him.
First, he has been dating actress Olivia Munn since May 2014. Munn is fresh off filming “X-Men: Apocalypse” and rumors are the actress is putting pressure on Aaron to put a ring on it before the offseason ends. So maybe both Aaron and Jordan can take a trip to visit Neil Lane and get engaged by the end of The Bachelorette!
But then there is one more rumor…that Aaron may be gay and was in a relationship with his former personal assistant and roommate Kevin Lanflisi. And there is nothing we love more than a gay conspiracy. More on this later.
