Scheana Marie Shay has been mourning the loss of her relationship with husband Mike Shay for the past few months and last night she had to watch the emotional exchange on the season 5 Vanderpump Rules finale.
On her Instagram Scheana posted,
“Last night wasn’t easy to watch, but I did and now it’s over. Thank you all for your overwhelming amount of support. And thank you @ariana252525 for being my rock and watching w me last night. Time for everyone to move on. #ImZenAgain”
Yes, she is “Zen again”. Scheana has been vacationing in Europe with her little sister and new boyfriend 35-year-old actor Robert Valletta. The VP Rules finale featured the wedding of Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney which was by and large free from any real drama. The real drama was the epilogue—in the last few minutes of the show Scheana disclosed that her relationship with husband Mike Shay was in tatters.
She confided in boss Lisa Vanderpump that Mike was back to doing drugs, actually he was caught buying drugs under the guise of being a middle man, but that he was in fact back to doing said drugs — Adderall to be exact. Adderall really? I don’t know if I can get all fired up about someone being on Adderall–after all it’s a drug for hyper-active 10 year-olds.
Seems like Scheana wanted out for other reasons, in my opinion.
Anyhow, what I found most interesting is that Scheana claims that no one from the show reached out to her but Brittany Cartwright. I suspect there is some bad blood between Scheana and her castmates especially since Scheana has reconnected with the evil Lala.
The big news sort of overshadowed the TomKat nuptials. The divorce is likely good news for the show since God knows the lackluster Mike and Scheana marriage did not make for good TV.
