Who is Colton Underwood’s family?

Tonight The Bachelor went a little off script and we got to meet Colton Underwood’s family–usually the lucky two finalists don’t get to meet the leads family until days before the proposal.

But the Underwood’s have arrived to meet Colton’s remaining ladies and who the heck are they and what do they think about this unconventional process their virgin son has chosen to find a life partner?

In a recent interview with US Magazine, Colton revealed,

“They were a little skeptical, but I think they saw how good it was for me coming off of [Paradise], sort of how I reacted and how I felt. So they’re so excited right now, and I know my dad and my mom are looking forward to having a new daughter-in-law… I’m excited for the potential to start my own family and to share the rest of my life with someone!”

Colton previously revealed that his mom and dad are divorced and that he avoided learning any of the details about why they divorced.

I’m guessing dad, Scott Underwood cheated because Colton is much closer to his mom, Donna Underwood sharing that his relationship with his father was more of a “coach-player type relationship.”

And also sharing on the show, “My mom and I have a great relationship,” … “I can tell my mom anything.”

Colton also has a baby brother, Connor, who also played Football as an outside linebacker at Indiana State University-I guess baby bro did not go pro.

Its OFFICIAL! Colton comes out as GAY!

As to where Colton’s mom and dad first met? Well no wonder Colton turned out to be a professional athlete. Both of his parents were star athletes at Illinois State University in the late 80s. Donna, played volleyball from 1986 to 1990.donna.colt

And Dad Scott played football at Illinois State University from 1986 to 1989.

Sadly the two eventually divorced but both are remarried.

Scott Underwood is a proud Republican.
