We actually observed that Team Jef and Emily seemed strangely distant at the SD Film Fest in photos over this past weekend. So this latest report that things are not looking good for the two makes sense. The only time Jef Holm and Emily Maynard were seen together at the Film Fest were posing on the Step-And-Repeat. Otherwise Jef, was hangin’ with his People Water bros. By contrast, when the two visited Ghana and NYC, Jef was blasting pics of Emily all over Twitter and Instagram.
A source for In Touch Magazine confirms our observations. Emily Maynard and Jef Holm reportedly looked very distant at the San Diego Film Festival.
“He sat on a couch by himself with his head down,”… “It was odd — he was so withdrawn.”
The two have been vehemently denying rumors but sources are reporting the two don’t even like each other at this point. “They barely want to be around each other unless they have to,” a source tells In Touch.
“They’ll [fake it] for appearances, but right now it’s at its worst. Their relationship is so unhealthy and dysfunctional. Jef says he might not go through with the wedding — just the engagement for now. I don’t see it lasting, or it’s going to blow up.”
What’s interesting about that is the part where Jef may only go through with the engagement?! Is there a contract that pays “X” if you stay engaged and “XX” if you get married? The “source” reports do seem to line up with what Reality Steve is now reporting that the two will breakup soon.
So as much as we wanna write this off as tabloid fodder, all signs are pointing to a Team JEM downfall 🙁
