JJ Lane III will star on season 11 of The Bachelorette Season 11 and he is quite a catch and a handful. This guy is ambitious! His profile on his company page says that he founded and operated a “leading residential lawn care company for over 10 years before selling the business in 2007”. So doing the math–2007 was 7 1/2 years ago so JJ would have been 23-years-old and he had been operating the business for 10 years?–so apparently he was 13!
In fact this news article breaks it down….
“Lane’s new venture has roots in a lawn care business he began operating at age 13 with the help of his parents. Bestyard.com served 500 customers, employed 20 people and garnered $700,000 in revenue in 12 years before Lane sold the business to pursue his bachelor’s degree.”
He is from Denver, CO and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Denver in 2009 with a BSBA in Finance
After graduation he was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan and St. Charles Capital in New York and Denver.
Then he co-Founded a company called 360 Service Companies. And during that time in banking he apparently advised on transactions and capital markets activities in excess of $1.5 billion! Wow, he is making me feel like I really need to be more productive.
And if that wasn’t enough for you, JJ also founded Denver’s leading professional networking organization, the Capital Hour.

So I am guessing this guy is rich. But he is already divorced from his ex-wife Heather Sands and has a 3-year-old daughter named Gemma. So I will be very interested in hearing about his ex-wife and what happened in his marriage?
UPDATE 6/29/2015: JJ reveals that he cheated on his ex-wife.
In his free time, which I am guessing is rare, he is an avid hockey fan and we know how much Kaitlyn Bristowe loves hockey players. She dated two professionals.
JJ will definitely be a top contender for sure!
