Good news ladies, almost Bachelor Luke Pell is still single and READY TO MINGLE up a storm! As you recall Pell was trying to launch a country music career–in fact he was so serious about pursuing this music career that producers decided against having him lead the 2017 season of The Bachelor because they doubted his motives.
There was some controversy over the summer when Luke was charging money for meet and greets along with fellow country crooner and co-star James Taylor, on the heals of their Bachelorette fame, and now it looks like Luke is still mingling up a storm for a hefty $30 fee.
So Luke did just drop an album, Pretty Close (available on I-Tunes and Spotify), but it’s not his country music fame that allows him to travel the country and command $30 for a hand shake, it’s his Bachelorette fame.
Personally, I don’t really care that Luke is taking his 15 minutes of fame and turning it into $30 meet-and-greets. I just find it a little funny and may be a tad bit odd and opportunistic that he is charging drooling single ladies to watch The Bachelor with him!
So ladies you still have your chance! If you are dying to meet Luke, the handsome West Point graduate will be in New York City on Mon, March 6, 2017 with pal Vinny Venteria at The Mockingbird hosting a meet & greet with 125 lucky fans. And on the 16th he will be in Atlanta, Georgia.
This is likely why producers had their reservations about Luke’s MO. None-the-less, still a number of Nick Viall’s ladies were actually hoping the Bachelor would be Luke including front-runner Raven Gates and Jade Roper’s maid of honor, Liz Sandoz.
