We posted earlier about the Emily Maynard and Matt Leinart sexting situation. You’ve all read about the scandal by now: Jef’s brother Mike Holm went to the tabloids claiming Emily cheated on Jef via sexts sent to Oakland Raiders quarterback Matt Leinart. Some people believe the tabloids. Some people believe Emily and Jef, who have adamantly denounced all such sexting rumors.
Well, since we aren’t capable of being a fly on the wall in Emily and Jef’s lives (unlike Reality Steve, who we’re 98% sure gets his spoiler intel via completely legal wire taps), there’s no way for us to be 100% sure of what really happened. But, first of all, we are huge Team JEM fans, so, first and foremost, we *want* to believe that our favorite single mom from Charlotte wouldn’t cheat on the subject of our first-ever unofficial DREAMBOAT FAN PAGE recipient, Jef Holm. Especially via SEXTING!
Well, we heard some new information this week on Bachelor Nation’s Natalie Getz’s webcast Gossip With Getz that was seriously interesting. This week’s show featured Jeremy Cade Anderson, from DeAnna Pappas’ season of The Bachelorette, and when he and Natalie started discussing the Sexting Situation, he said something really telling. He claims one time when he was hanging out with a bunch of people from Bachelor Nation — and this sounded like it happened a while back — one of the Bachelor Nation girls he was out with received a SEXT from none other than Matt Leinart! WOW! This intel, coupled with the intel we previously uncovered that Matt Leinart tried to get former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky’s phone number, tells us one thing for sure: Matt Leinart is seemingly a Bachelorette SEXT ADDICT!! Which is just simply too ridiculous to fathom. I mean….we are fans of the show, but why is the quarterback of the Oakland Raiders all up in the mobile grills of these ladies?!?!
What we’re thinking, which is also what Natalie and Jeremy concluded on Gossip With Getz, is that Emily probably did receive sexy texts from Matt Leinart, because that is seemingly just what Matt Leinart does. And, perhaps, with her Southern charm and overall nice-ness, just didn’t know how to respond effectively. I mean, I don’t know if I’d know the proper way to reply to a sext from a famous NFL quarterback.
“Um….thanks?”
“Now that is sexty!?”
“Please stop sexting me?”
So, there you have it folks. We have a SEXT ADDICT situation!!! Just. Amazing.
