Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season is quickly coming to an end and it’s pretty clear that this is a contest between Nick Viall, and Shawn Booth. Ben Higgins is still in the race technically, but his days are numbered.
Previews for next week show Shawn Booth confronting Nick Viall after he learns that Nick and Kaitlyn have had sex. Both men have already had sex with The Bachelorette. In fact Shawn had sex with Kaitlyn early on in San Antonio, Texas so he feels very possessive of her.
Thus we have an epic love triangle between Nick Viall, Kaitlyn Bristowe, and Shawn Booth.
And in her People blog Kaitlyn Bristowe claims that she is ‘falling in love’ with Shawn Booth.
In his Tv Guide blog Chris Harrison weighs in on the love triangle.
“Do you think it’s a bit immature that Shawn only refers to Nick as “the other guy”?
Harrison: Look, Shawn is head-over-heels in love with Kaitlyn, Nick is either in love or falling in love with Kaitlyn, and Kaitlyn is either in love or falling in love with both of them. All of that is extremely obvious to everybody involved. Maybe there are times when you’re not sure [how the Bachelorette] is feeling about the other guys, but Shawn knows that she has feelings for Nick and vice versa. It’s a true love triangle of epic proportions. So I don’t begrudge Shawn for being upset. You could call him immature, but when it comes to matters of the heart and when you’re that emotionally involved, can you really blame the guy for not wanting another man in his life? He also just really hates Nick and they don’t get along.”
I have a feeling that Shawn would have never found out about Kaitlyn sleeping with Nick had it not been caught on tape.
